Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers in driving manufacturing-related initiatives from initiation to completion. You will work with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and logistics to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong organization, data management, and communication skills, with the ability to read basic technical documentation and operate on the production floor when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/industrial project support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP/Oracle/NetSuite is a strong plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage schedules of orders for non-capital items and sub-assemblies.
• Support project managers in planning and executing capital projects.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and track action items.
• Prepare technical documentation and liaise with purchasing and suppliers.
• Monitor risks and ensure safety, regulatory and quality standards.
