Job summary

SPIROL International Corporation in Danielson, CT is seeking an experienced Planner to join our on-site team. This role develops and maintains production schedules to support customer delivery commitments while maximizing manufacturing efficiency.

You will work closely with production, customer service, purchasing and operations to balance demand, capacity, inventory and resources, and you will identify opportunities to improve planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience is accepted.
Experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to respond to changing priorities.
Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service to resolve scheduling and material issues.
Analyze production capacity, inventory levels and demand to optimize workflow.
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and production efficiency.
