Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineer in Edina, MN to advance process safety, operational excellence, and technology implementation. The role partners across Operations, EH&S, and R&D to deliver PSM initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead capital projects front-end loading, troubleshoot complex operations, coach engineers, and contribute to MOC and RCIs while collaborating across sites to standardize solutions and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical/Mechanical preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Experience in plant environment and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end loading of capital projects.
• Define technical solutions for PSM, Grow, and Improve projects.
• Support MOC, PHA, RCIs and risk reduction activities.
• Provide coaching and capability development for operations engineers.
• Collaborate across Operations, EH&S, R&D, and Manufacturing Technology teams.
