Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations within a growing industrial organization. You will drive safety, quality, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement while helping scale and strengthen the operation for future growth.

This full-time, on-site role offers approximately $90K per year, with travel around 10%, potential for a bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with up to 5% match. DOE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Hands-on machining or production-floor experience.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, and margins.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• ERP and production scheduling systems experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and production-floor operations.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop production teams while driving performance and accountability.
• Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Manage operating budgets and understand costs, margins, and financial performance.
• Translate operational results into measurable business and financial impact.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, systems, and operational infrastructure.
• Support implementation of new equipment, technology, and manufacturing capabilities.
