Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations within a growing industrial organization. This role will drive safety, quality, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement while helping scale and strengthen the operation for future growth.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, implement Lean manufacturing initiatives, and partner with leadership to deploy new equipment and processes that increase

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Hands-on machining and/or production-floor experience.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, and margins.
• Strong team leadership and accountability experience.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• ERP and production scheduling systems experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Work Schedule: 100% On-Site

Travel: Approximately 10%

Compensation: Approximately $90K/yr. DOE + Bonus Potential + Comprehensive Benefits + 401(k) with up to 5% Match

Requirements
