Job summary

Gibraltar Industries is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Spokane facility. The role involves setting up and operating metal forming presses, loading materials, and packaging finished parts for shipment.

You will perform basic quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED, 1 year or less in manufacturing, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• HS/Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or less experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to perform simple measurements and quality checks.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal shaping, forming, or bending presses/machines as assigned.
• Load and feed material into machines and ensure proper operation.
• Box or bundle parts and palletize finished goods.
• Verify quality and measurements per specifications.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Support process improvements and 5S in area.
