Job summary

Gibraltar Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate for an on-site role in Spokane, WA. You will operate equipment, perform quality checks, and help manage inventory and orders according to production specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in SAP RF scanning, and participation in process improvements; occasional overtime, with a strong focus on teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Forklift License may be required to facilitate loading.
• Experience operating SAP RF scanners and maintaining accurate inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily safety precheck of assigned equipment.
• Receive and put away raw materials and finished goods.
• Enter information into the SAP RF scanner to maintain inventory integrity.
• Scan and pick items on orders using SAP RF scanners.
• Pick orders line-by-line as displayed in the system.
• Organize and stack items for safe shipping and packaging.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity targets while ensuring safety and quality.
• Follow picking procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Load and unload containers or trucks.
• Assist with cycle counts and shift coverage.
• Support other warehouse/production operations when needed.
• Load metal onto uncoiler and feed into machine per production needs.
• Follow PPE and safety and environmental procedures.
