Job summary

Gibraltar Industries in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator to produce quality products on ASC roll formers, set up machines, monitor packaging materials, and maintain 6S cleanliness.

The role requires basic English, ability to read production reports, experience in roll forming or metals, forklift certification preferred, and willingness to work 8–10 hour shifts with safety PPE.

Qualifications

• Trade School or High school diploma; 1–3 years work experience in a related role.
• Experience with roll craft/roll form is a plus; basic FMA knowledge.
• Ability to read production reports and follow schedules; basic English.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products per customer requirements on ASC roll formers.
• Set up machines and change over roll formers as needed.
• Monitor packaging materials at each machine and maintain 6S cleanliness.
• Load coils onto reels and manage material codes and labels.
• Record production data in SAP and weight materials as required.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; may perform minor maintenance.
