Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gears, and 230v wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems or safety concerns.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency.
