Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a professional business environment.
• Estimating, quoting, account management, or inside sales experience.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or other business software systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customer quotes and pricing information.
• Coordinate new and ongoing projects from approval through completion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Track project timelines, approvals, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Manage repeat orders and communicate production timelines.
• Maintain and update customer, product, and inventory information within company systems.
• Assist with pricing calculations and estimate preparation.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, pricing, and order status.
• Provide professional support via phone and email.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate recurring customer needs and process improvement opportunities to management.
