Job summary

U.S. Boiler Company, a subsidiary of Burnham Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Lancaster, PA. This on-site role focuses on supporting daily manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost/value improvements within residential and commercial boiler production.

The ideal candidate will have industrial or processing engineering experience, work to optimize processes, reduce waste, and lead improvement teams to achieve robust, measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste.
• Suggest Manufacturing Process Improvement opportunities for plant operations.
• Design and implement processes to improve safety, production methods, and quality of products.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing process FMEA’s and standard work instructions.
• Lead improvement teams to develop and implement manufacturing/process improvements.
