Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or production coordination.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines accurately.
• Ability to use sound judgment to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain safety and employee training programs and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to Manufacturing Supervisors, including purchasing supplies and producing production reports.
• Support investigations and prepare initial reports related to nonconformances and product complaints.
• Conduct electronic batch record audits and coordinate responses to POVs.
• Coordinate and present training to manufacturing personnel as needed.
