Qualifications

2+ years of buying/procurement experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Purchase materials according to MRP planned orders to support domestic and global demand.
Manage vendor delivery schedules and day-to-day performance.
Identify and resolve shortages, non-conforming materials, and obsolete inventory.
Communicate risks, delays, and solutions to internal teams.
Evaluate supplier contracts and ensure compliance.
Support inventory analysis and consigned inventory programs.
Troubleshoot quality issues and collaborate with internal/external teams.
Build reports to improve purchasing and supplier management processes.
