Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee assigned boards and residents in Florida. You will ensure high client satisfaction, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate maintenance and compliance with HOA rules.

We value professional, organized, and self-motivated candidates who communicate clearly in writing and speech. A valid Florida CAM license and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• FL CAM license is required.
• Community management experience is required.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated candidate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting Board and resident needs.
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance/architectural requests.
• Coordinate and manage staff such as janitorial, maintenance, and administrative.
• Collect invoices, code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments.
• Serve as liaison between board and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to Board.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries.
