Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee associations in the Orlando, FL market.

The Portfolio Manager coordinates with boards, vendors and our Home Office to deliver exemplary service while achieving company goals. Applicants must hold a valid Florida CAM license, have community management experience, be organized and self-motivated, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid Florida CAM license.
• Have previous Community Management Experience.
• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
