Job summary

Quinn Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on-site at the Covington hub in Covington, GA. The role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and pool areas, with a focus on resident satisfaction and timely service.

You will collaborate with the Portfolio Manager, supervise on-site staff and vendors, manage safety and compliance, and maintain tools and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance repair and service across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of safety practices in property maintenance and vendor management.
• Ability to communicate with residents, managers and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to property budgets and maintain resident satisfaction standards.
• Hold vendors to established operating standards and timelines.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment and shop; assist with inventory and ordering.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and manage after-hours calls when on duty.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and keep common areas clean and safe.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager to introduce new vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and complete required maintenance forms.
