You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and support on-call rotations, with EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and address property needs.
• Manage inventory, scheduling vendors and supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations (OSHA, local codes).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect property to ensure quality and address needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Assist in grounds upkeep and safety programs.
• Support cost-cutting efforts and efficiency.
• Participate in safety protocols and meetings.
• Rotate on-call schedule including weekends and evenings.
