The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining conveyor machines, PLC systems, and other industrial equipment on-site. Base pay is $25.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hr for 2nd shift.

Strong problem-solving and reading of schematics are required. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, manage inventory, and use a tablet to log

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics, charts, service manuals and parts diagrams.
• Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair conveyor machines and PLC systems, and other electromechanical production equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations on industrial machinery.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to industry quality standards.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns or emergencies.
• Utilize inventory, PM schedule, and work order systems to reduce downtime.
• Maintain spare parts inventory using EAM.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Use a tablet to track work, downtime, and inventory.
• Perform other duties as required.
