Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Tech for an association in Ocean City, MD. This full-time, on-site role involves routine maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors to keep common areas in top condition.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance experience, are organized, and can work independently with little supervision. Lifting up to 50lbs and working in varying weather are required.

Qualifications

• Have previous maintenance experience.
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day.
• Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to work in variable weather conditions.
• Possess general computer skills.
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: perform inspections and tasks to ensure proper functioning of building systems.
• Repairs: address resident requests and resolve issues in common areas.
• Groundskeeping: maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor amenities.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: coordinate with external vendors for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned
