Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced On-Site Maintenance Technician for our Ocean City, MD association. This full-time role performs routine maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping, interacting with homeowners, vendors, HOA managers, and the Association Board.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience, are self-motivated, can lift up to 50 lbs, and possess general computer skills plus a valid driver’s license. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Have prior maintenance experience.
• Be able to stand, bend, climb and walk up to 4 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Possess general computer skills and a valid driver's license.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Repairs: Address resident repair requests and resolve issues in common areas.
• Groundskeeping: Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor amenities.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
