Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Part-Time/ Weekend Maintenance Technician for an association in Crofton, MD. The role focuses on quality completion of maintenance tasks across common areas, with interaction among homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board.

Schedule is Saturday and Sunday at $20.00 per hour. Candidates should have maintenance experience, be organized and self-motivated, and capable of working independently in variable weather.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb and walk up to 4 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Work in variable weather conditions.
• General computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance: inspect and maintain building systems and common areas.
• Address repair requests from residents and resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and amenities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Association.

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time/ Weekend Maintenance Technician for one of our associations in Crofton, MD. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association. This position requires interaction with homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board of Directors.

Schedule will be Saturday and Sunday - $20.00 per hour

General Maintenance Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as light irrigation repairs, drywall patching, HVAC drain line cleaning, and mechanical systems.
• Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
• Groundskeeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination - coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned

Applicants Must

• Have previous Maintenance experience
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated
• Be able to work independently with little supervision
• Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
• Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to work in variable weather conditions
• Possess general computer skills
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
