Renaissance at Hobble Creek Apartments in Boise, ID is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the on-site team for a multi-million-dollar property. The role involves upkeep of apartments and common areas, responding to resident requests, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Prior experience is welcome but not required. Office hours are full-time with a schedule including Tue–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm and Sat 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifikationen

• Past maintenance work preferred but not required.
• Valid Idaho driver’s license is required if driving for the company.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Basic painting, plumbing, and minor electrical knowledge is helpful.
• Must be able to meet deadlines with accuracy and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Respond to maintenance requests within 24–48 hours.
• Be on-call for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Repair lights, electrical, plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings as needed.
• Perform carpentry tasks and door hardware replacements.
• Inspect units and common areas for repairs and safety.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy within 3–5 days.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
• Order maintenance supplies with supervisor approval.
• Collaborate with Supervisor and Community Manager on tasks.
