Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and replacements within company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems, including HVAC, and assist with make-readies.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and small construction or rehab projects.
• Post notices and communicate with residents and management as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety requirements on site.
