Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I in Lakeland, FL to assist with maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for multifamily properties. You will support preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, and use industry tools to keep units move-in ready while following safety protocols.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and working knowledge of HVAC. A High School diploma or GED is a plus, and you will provide your own tools.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• High School or GED (General Education Diploma) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to ensure repairs are completed timely and units are move-in ready.
• Performs maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep in common areas and exterior grounds.
• Assists with preventive maintenance and make-readies for the property.
• Responds to resident requests per company standards and supports on-call duties.
• Adheres to OSHA and safety requirements.
