Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Technician III to support maintenance and safety across our multifamily properties. You will respond to service requests, perform HVAC and appliance repairs, and help with make-readies and preventive maintenance to keep units move-in ready.

The role requires at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work on-site with a team. Overtime and on-call duties may be required to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with industry-specific technology.
• High School diploma – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and assist in completing work orders per BH standards.
• Perform HVAC and appliance repairs, make-readies, and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, tools, and safety compliance across property operations.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on weekly maintenance schedules and on-call rotations.
