Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support on-site property upkeep and vacant unit preparation at a Pittsburgh community. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, inspect buildings, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with common MS Office tools. HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or GED required.
• > 1-3 years related maintenance experience or training.
• > Computer skills including internet, email, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• > Familiarity with common cleaning tools and maintenance tasks.
• > Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety instructions.
• > HVAC Certification (Preferred).
• > EPA Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day appearance and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant rental units for occupancy.
• Visually inspect property and report repairs to management.
• Ensure high standard of property appearance.
• Respond to requests from employees and residents.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and equipment in good order.
• Obtain knowledge of company and property policies.
• Work in compliance with OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Be available for on-call duties.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
