Job summary

Thrive Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Poulsbo, WA. This 100% in-person role requires experience in maintenance tasks, unit turns, and routine preventative maintenance. The successful candidate will coordinate with leasing staff and managers to ensure smooth communication and high-quality service.

Applicants should have basic computer skills and be able to input notes in English. A valid driver’s license and own tools are a plus, with afterhours work possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the property management industry.
• Must have basic computer skills with the ability to input data and notes in English into software programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure seamless communication and organization.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools.
