Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Enclave in Seattle. You will perform unit turns, routine maintenance, and coordinate with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations and high resident satisfaction.

This on-site role requires problem-solving, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in maintenance, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work after hours when needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the property management industry.
• Some experience with unit turns, work orders, and/or appliance repair.
• Must have basic computer skills and input data in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure communication and organization.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools as directed by Supervisors.
• Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.
• Strives to exceed residents’ expectations for excellent customer service.
