We are looking for a MaintenanceTechnician I to join ourFacilitiesManagement department. In this role,you'll perform routine groundskeeping, janitorial work, painting, preventive maintenance, and routine/emergency maintenance at one of Bellwether's properties in the South Seattle portfolio.
OurFacilitiesManagement team is essential to Bellwether's mission to create,maintain, and strengthen our communities and provide vital housing to those qualifying under the Low-Income Tax Credit Program.
On-site,Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.The final schedule will bedeterminedby the supervisor.
