Job summary

Royal American in Miami is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and upkeep Gran Via/Senator Villas. Under supervision, perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot fans, thermostats, and other equipment, and ensure safety policies are followed.

You will also maintain grounds, assist with unit refurbishments, and support custodial tasks while adhering to OSHA standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of property HVAC units and the ability to troubleshoot units.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; EPA certification and bilingual preferred.
• Read, understand and follow service requests and manuals; good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment per manufacturers' recommendations.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks and associated fixtures.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with unit refurbishments and redecorations.
• Assist in custodial tasks and ensure safety compliance on site.
