Job summary

Eenhoorn LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Palm West Village Apartments and Renaissance Park Apartments in Anaheim, CA. The role is live-on-site, requiring residency at the property, with responsibilities spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep the property safe and attractive.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, provide outstanding customer service to residents, and respond to emergencies with urgency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years in building maintenance or related field.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol areas for maintenance issues and address them.
• Perform HVAC PMs, repairs, and filter changes.
• Do minor electrical repairs (outlets, switches, fixtures).
• Test weekly emergency generator.
• Repair/install plumbing fixtures and clear clogs.
• Repair drywall, doors, screens; caulking and painting.
• Assist with apartment turns and appliance/water heater repairs.
• Maintain pool equipment; assist grounds with seasonal tasks.
• Respond to work orders and maintain stock of parts and supplies.

Education

High School diploma or GED

Vocational training or certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing

Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field

EPA certification preferred
