Job summary

Eenhoorn is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Palm West Village Apartments and Renaissance Park Apartments in Anaheim, CA. The role is on-site and requires residing at the property as a condition of employment.

You will perform HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, and respond to emergencies, ensuring safe, well-maintained grounds and buildings for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training or certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Patrol areas for maintenance issues and address them.
• Perform HVAC PMs, repairs, and filter changes.
• Handle minor electrical repairs and fixtures.
• Test emergency generators weekly.
• Repair/maintain plumbing fixtures and unclog drains.
