Mercy Housing in Seattle is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our mission-driven team. You will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers, contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
