Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, or related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with staff and students.
• FBI background check clearance required.
• TB test within 90 days and Physical Exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: assist with routine tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Repairs: assist in diagnosing and repairing equipment and facilities.
• Cleaning: keep maintenance areas and tools clean, assist with general cleaning.
• Safety: follow safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Assistance: collaborate on special projects and help setup/breakdown events.
• Customer Service: assist staff and visitors with maintenance inquiries in a professional manner.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
