Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Village Meadows, a 68-unit apartment community in Hemet, CA. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to provide residents with a great living experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, preparing vacant units, and on-call duties with trip stipends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC experience and EPA knowledge preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
