Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Village Meadows, a 68 unit apartment community in Hemet, CA, to uphold the property's appearance and maintenance for a great resident living experience.

You will monitor repairs, complete work requests, perform preventative maintenance, repair appliances, prep vacants, and may have on-call duties with a trip stipend. A safe work environment is emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Village Meadows, a 68 unit apartment community in Hemet, CA.

Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise

Pay Rate: $22.30/hour + 5% bonus potential
