Dominium Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 256-unit community in Pflugerville, TX. You will handle general maintenance to ensure a quality living environment for residents, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new residents.

We value 1-2 years of maintenance experience and basic skills in electrical, plumbing, and painting. HVAC and EPA experience are preferred, with potential on-call duties and a trip stipend.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend.
