Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Vista Ridge, a 308‑unit apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Requirements include 1–2 years of maintenance experience and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting. HVAC and EPA experience, plus a CPO certification, are preferred; a valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
