Job summary

Camber Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance at our apartment community. The role covers carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance repairs and more, in line with company standards.

The technician will conduct preventative maintenance, handle work orders, assist with inventory, and support safety programs while providing courteous service to residents and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills to create and close out work orders.
• Previous building/apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance repairs and other general maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and local codes; maintain safe living environment for residents.
• Complete work orders and related paperwork in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain inventory and the maintenance workshop; organize parts for requests.
• Provide on-call maintenance for evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
