CAMBER Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community, performing carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry and related repairs in line with company standards.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, efficient work order completion, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with property management to ensure a high-quality, safe living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills to create/close out work orders.
• Previous building/apartment maintenance experience; HVAC/plumbing/electrical/appliance repair and carpentry courses preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry and appliance repairs.
• Maintain professionalism per company policies and procedures.
• Handle work orders and related paperwork.
• Perform scheduled maintenance turnover using move-in/move-out checklists and reports.
• Perform preventative maintenance per the community program.
• Organize parts and materials for service requests.
• Maintain storage facilities and workshop in a neat condition.
• Provide safety and property condition updates to management.
• Provide and maintain own hand tools used in the industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
