TAT Technologies Group is seeking an on-site Aviation Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You will read manuals, manage maintenance records, and use ERP systems for data entry while ensuring safety compliance and quality.
Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task are essential. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to operate specialized equipment.
Perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form. Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking. Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances. Manages material readiness, inventory, and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling. Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals. Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance. Must have good command of the English language; oral and written. Must have a valid unexpired US state Driver License. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
