Job summary

AWI Management Corp. in Lindsay, CA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain two properties, including a 29-unit senior community in Lindsay and a 24-unit senior community in Exeter.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs, and general maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep systems in good condition.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping for strong curb appeal.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with Vendor and order supplies with the Property Manager.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report lease or house rule violations when observed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
