Job summary
Concentric Power Services seeks an On-Site Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) to perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and install and repair warehouse systems at customer sites. You will follow manufacturer guidelines, enter work orders, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in mechanical, commercial, and industrial maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures including root-cause analysis.
- Install and repair on racking, doors, docks and warehouse equipment.
- Complete repairs per manufacturer guidelines and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate work records and timekeeping.
