Concentric, LLC is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment is maintained and operational at customer facilities across Ohio. The position requires experience in industrial maintenance and provides competitive pay with benefits starting from day one.

On‑Site Maintenance Technician

Responsible for performing routine maintenance on industrial equipment, including but not limited to racking, etc. This position is 1st shift.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis. Including research of potential warranty, rework and continuously repetitive repairs using historical equipment data available through Field Connect service platform.
• Perform service, maintenance, repair and installation on: Racking, Commercial doors; Loading docks; and general warehouse equipment.
• Complete all repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by the manufacturer’s repair guidelines.
• Judgment and Decision Making - Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action.
• Inspecting Equipment - Perform audits on equipment audits per the PM Planning tools schedule in Field Connect service platform.
• Communications - Provide information to supervisor, co‑workers, and subordinates by phone, in writing, e‑mail, or in person.
• Timely and accurate completion of all work orders and service records per the Concentric time standard.
• Maintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform.
• Safety - All work must be completed in a safe manner. Safety requirements by customer and Concentric must be adhered to. Work areas will be maintained to ensure safety. Work areas will be kept clean and organized daily. Timely Completion of Safety training modules.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Should have Mechanical, Commercial, and Industrial Maintenance related experience.
• Experience with repair and maintenance of: Warehouse and commercial doors; Loading docks; Dock-leveler’s; and other related warehouse and industrial equipment.
• Welding experience a plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to work at heights.
• Ability to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments toward the greater good of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word and Web Based Reporting Modules.

• High School or GED Diploma required.
