Job summary

Concentric is seeking an On-Site Forklift Technician to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts. Must have own tools. First shift 7am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs per manufacturer guidelines, accurate work orders, and safe operations in customer facilities. Requires 3–5 years of MHE electrical/mechanical experience and ability to lift 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of experience with MHE maintenance (electrical)
• Strong equipment repair, mechanical and/or electrical skills
• Hydraulics, conveyor experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage time and attendance; able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills to support work order documentation and customer interaction
• Some computer skills; familiar with using a computer
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, crouch and/or move in confined areas
• Must meet the physical requirements of a Service Technician
• Must have own tools
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• A valid driver’s license; CDL a plus but not required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing where applicable by law
• Ability to work on-call as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis and warranty considerations.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect and audit equipment regularly.
• Provide information to supervisor and teammates by phone, email, or in person.
• Complete work orders and service records accurately per time standards.
• Log work hours in Paylocity timekeeping system.
