Job summary

Concentric is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician in North Carolina to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment, including racking, doors, and loading docks. This 1st shift role requires hands-on troubleshooting and adherence to safety standards.

You will document work orders, coordinate with supervision, and support continuous improvement across our national service network. Candidates should have mechanical/industrial maintenance experience and be capable of working at heights.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, commercial, and industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience repairing warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and root-cause analysis.
• Repair and install on: racking, doors, loading docks, and warehouse gear.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer guidelines and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate work records and time entries.
