Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience; apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred; certification recommended.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to onsite housing and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Performs general mechanic repairs and replacements, furnaces, split systems, water heaters, and other maintenance tasks
• Completes general labor tasks and other duties as assigned
• Handles designated work orders and service requests promptly
• Maintains a clean and orderly shop and supports residents
• Elevates maintenance issues to management when needed
• Maintains courteous, professional demeanor with residents, coworkers, and vendors
• Performs general cleaning and snow removal
• Works on-call, overtime, weekend, holiday, and evening hours as required
