Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, responsibilities include completing work orders, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with vendors while upholding OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and concerns with excellent service.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry.
