Job summary

JEGS Performance is seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to keep our climate-controlled distribution center running safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in distribution/manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and equipment docs.
• Willingness to operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain conveyor systems, automated equipment, and other distribution center machinery.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and work orders.
• Replace defective components, make adjustments, and test repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on conveyors, machinery, powered equipment, and facility systems.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they cause failures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
