CVS Health is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced distribution/manufacturing facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and conveyor issues, and repair equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires reading schematics, using testing tools, and documenting work orders. A strong safety mindset and the ability to work independently are essential, with a 40-hour week and daytime hours in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Experience with mechanical systems and industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using voltage readings and electrical diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of conveyors, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, machinery, and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and conveyor system issues to identify root causes and repair.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Use electrical testing equipment to read voltages and diagnose issues.
• Inspect equipment for wear or failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and timely.
• Assist with spare parts inventory and identify replacement parts needed.
• Support installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime and communicate issues clearly.
